One of a Kind piece
Traditional Concho belt, made of sterling silver set with Emerald Valley turquoises (Nevada).
This stunning belt is made of a beautiful buckle, seven conchos and seven butterflies.
One size fits all
The concho belt is an emblematic piece of Navajo jewelry. This traditional and now mythical belt can be recognized by the oval or round silver pieces (called conchos) and butterfly-shaped ones, attached by copper bars to a leather strap.
The beautiful buckle, conchos and butterflies of this traditional belt offer a great example of the Repoussé technique, a Navajo silversmithing process known for its domed elements surrounded by oxidized silver stamps, whose dark shades give cachet and structure to the final jewel. Each of these pieces is set with turquoises, creating a stunning belt that will set the style of your outfit.
