One of a Kind piece - Blackfoot (Montana) handcraft
Little clutch handmade in deer skin, with a lash decorated of brass beads.
The front of the clutch is entirely hand-stitched with glass beads and represents a young Hopi maiden with the traditionnal Hopi hairstyle. Her portrait is coming from a famous photograph, taken in 1901 by Adam Clark Vroman.
The back of the clutch is made of a little pocket that can contain banknotes and small documents.
