"Liquid silver" necklace made of sterling silver and stone mix tubular (Heishi) beads, with pendants in feather shapes.

Feathers are symbol of peace and freedom of spirit.

"Liquid silver" is a traditional Navajo work. Tubular beads (called heishi) are hand-strung together in order to create one or several strands. This give a fluid aspect to the jewel, that makes think to silk or water running on the skin, explaining why the Navajos gave this name to this process.
