Beautiful Navajo ring made of a large oval marquetry of Kingman turquoises (Arizona) set in sterling silver. This mix of Kingman turquoises offer a beautiful range of different shades of blue.

The marquetry is most often a composition of real stones (turquoise, coral, mother of pearl and jet), cut and assembled by hand to create a geometric pattern. The whole is polished for a smooth and elegant look.

This imposing marquetry, made uniquely of turquoises, is representative of the "channel inlay", which is recognized by the thin silver bars that compartmentalize the stones. Its composition requires great care and offers a unique look.
