Originally, conchos are finely hand-worked, domed oval or round silver pieces, set or not with beautiful turquoises and found on traditional Navajo belts. This is an emblematic piece of Navajo jewelry.

On this ring, the concho is flat and its edges are beautifully serrated. The entire ring is stamped with the artist's own punches: all the details are oxidized, creating a beautiful dark contrast that brings out the nice tones of these Sonoran turquoises.

In creating this jewel, the artist (a renowned Navajo silversmith) has left no detail to chance: admire even the stamps on the ring. This ring is like no other, it is a powerful piece of timeless beauty.
