Navajo ring with a rectangular turquoise Number 8 (Nevada)set in sterling silver.

This superb ring features a unique design. There is a slight space above and below the turquoise, highlighting the stone. The setting is thick and smooth, adding a touch of elegance and accentuating the beauty of the turquoise.

This ring is made with the Applique technique, an emblematic process of Navajo jewelry. This technique is recognizable by the shell shapes on each side of the turquoise that are chiseled into thin silver plates and then soldered to two silver branches that join together to form the ring.
