Navajo ring with a American turquoise set in sterling silver.

This ring is representative of Navajo jewelry: the turquoise is surrounded by a thin cord, recalling the lasso and the fact that for the Natives, the stone must be tamed like a wild animal. The turquoise is framed by a wide prong setting, with larger prongs in the center adorned with light embossing, creating the impression of enclosing the stone.

The band of this ring is composed of three thin silver branches joined into one, for a simple, elegant look that highlights the stone.
